With Jesus forever
They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither.
Oooo... these words are sure shot fire 🔥. I have been a great advocate of being First in my class during my schooling and in my younger self. But, once I got to know what is the witherless prize for which I need to run this race, It just opened my eyes to the True One Lord Jesus Christ and the Eternal Prize which is waiting for everyone who is looking towards Him. What is that eternal prize. It's His Gift of salvation, it's Him. Yes It's Jesus Himself. It's life time. It's Eternal eternity time with Jesus. It's JESUS AND YOU. Come on! Who wants to miss it. Lest you find yourself in a wrong place and loose it out, if you aren't aware of that Prize which is you having ever time with Jesus Aloneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Hallelujah 🙌🏼 comeon!
Focus your walk today towards the personal time with JESUS and not the world.world is perishing and everything in it. Stop entertaining yourself through the flip and flaps of the World, anything which is not making you come near to God Jesus and HolySpirit cannot be there in your life anymore. Make a plan and Hangout with Jesus more than with the world around you.Focus on that which is eternal and not ectera ectera things which are perishable ones. It's real what's out there, especially because it's seen and felt by your senses and it's visible to your eyes. But, let me tell you, how real is Heaven and how wonderful is your eternal God time with Jesus is much more real that anything else of the World. Let's stop entertaining anything, anything of the world today. Choose wisely How you make your time here on earth add on for the eternal life which you have in Jesus.
And I do this for the sake of the good news (the Gospel), in order that I may become a participator in it and share in its [blessings along with you]. Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither.
1 Corinthians 9:23, 25 AMPC
